Managerial candidates must be self-motivated, ambitious, confident and have the ability to recognize and solve problems. This person must be able to build and shape a successful restaurant culture through leadership by example and long term thinking. A strong work ethic and passion for the industry are a must.
Compensation is based on position, experience and ability. All salaried positions come with a benefit package and bonus program. Benefits include health and dental, as well as a generous personal comp tab and on-shift meals. Our incentive based bonus program is designed to get our managers invested in the performance of the company. If the company is exceeding expectations so does your paycheck. We currently have two exceptionally high volume restaurants in operation and a third set to debut in 2015.

Service is the cornerstone of everything we do. Fast paced, fun, and exciting. You will be comprehensively trained and well supported. That being said there are definitely easier restaurant jobs out there. We are the first to admit we ask a lot of our staff but we give a lot in return.
